This company has taken it upon themselves to set up a direct debit without my authorisation and I don't even know who they are or what they sell

Never heard of the company until today…
Never heard of the company until today when I logged onto my bank and they are trying to take money via direct debit. Who they are and how they got my details I am clueless to.

Plain and simple low life thieving scum
These are plain and simple thieves they steal your bank account numbers and set up direct debits on your account without your knowledge, they then try and make out you've had loads of opportunity to cancel from the emails they send, I've never signed up for anything with these low life scum, they refuse to hand back the money they've stolen from you buyvia.uk needs shutting down for fraud!!!!

Same as everyone else, 9.99 direct debit. Pretty sure I was looking at loans around the time they say the account was set up so that's how they've got the bank details but they've defo went out their way to hide the fact they're setting up direct debits

I have never heard of or even set up an account or direct debit from this company but they've taken £9.99 from a direct debit out my bank account today, this is disgusting & how it's allowed is beyond me, how do I cancel etc & how do I know they're not going to take more money from my account, how have they even got my bank details. I have never signed up to this and yet they have taken £10 from my account? Looking for different financial options yes but not these fraudulent parasites!!! Will my bank refund me? Because these clearly won’t?!
