We were bracing ourselves for our new sofa to be cut in half to fit down very narrow stairs into the basement but thanks to Frank's initiative and quiet determination he managed to get the sofa downstairs without having to cut it in half and along the way he successfully fixed a stuck door and broken lock. He and Adrian are marvellous and would use them again and definitely recommend them.

We weren't sure it could be done...
Frank and Adrain are incredibly professional and capable-- we had tried to get the sofa in ourselves and failed miserably. Frank and Adrian made it happen with no muss nor fuss. Thank you for your great service.

Frank and his team were amazing!
Frank and his team were amazing! Had issue fitting my new sofa through the front door of my super narrow flat, after a quick video call to Frank I was assured the sofa would get in one way or another. Frank was extremely accommodating with timings and dates, and on the day of delivery he arrived promptly. Within an hour my sofa was in the flat and ready to snuggle up on. Would definitely recommend Frank and his team for any sofa delivery drama. Thanks again!

Absolute lifesavers
Frank was so quick to give me a quote to dismantle my sofa and put it back together after I moved into a townhouse and my sofa wouldn't fit up to the living room! The guys were lovely and friendly even though my sofa didn't make things easy for them. A great job well done and I'm so glad Sofa Assist exists! Will definitely be calling the team whenever I move to get the sofa back down the stairs :)

Arrived on time, did an excellent job, well organised, check all the options, courteous. Would recommend Frank and his company to anyone who's having problems with fitting in a sofa

Frank knows his sofas.
We ordered our sofa from Harveys and it arrived the day before they went bust, so returning or exchanging was simply not an option. We tried, the delivery guys tried and NOTHING was getting that sofa in through that door. Except of course, we called Frank. He took measurements, he tried some manoeuvres, he did the maths. He even checked the windows to see if they could be removed to have the sofa hoisted in. No dice, our sofa was too dang large. So he took it apart, and reassembled it inside the living room. We'd consulted others and they said it was impossible. Maybe it was, but Frank did it anyway because that's the man he is. Two years later we're moving so we needed it out again. So obviously, we called Frank.
