A formidable combination!
Allen from One Stop is excellent: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable - a formidable combination! He is Number One on our speed dial. Fixed our Range Master SxS fridge freezer and the RM cooker oven door while he was about it. I would very highly recommend.

Great experience
Great experience, great service. Fast at getting to me, fast at diagnosing the problem, fast at getting parts and fast at fixing it. I managed to break my oven but the engineer had no problem figuring it all out and getting it fixed. If I need appliance repair again then I know who I'll be calling.

Brilliant fast service. Alun was very nice and answered all our questions. Gave advice for further care of our dishwasher to keep it running smoothly. Great communication regarding appointment day/time and sent a text when he was on the way. Provides a 30 day warranty so we have peace of mind that the repair has worked properly. I’ll be using him for any appliance repairs in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else. Great service.

Really great service. Allen came and repaired my washing machine with no fuss and was really helpful and polite. Text message received day before appointment and then recieved a tracking app so I knew when he would arrive, on the day of repair. Really good service. Highly recommended.

No fuss - no drama approach to solving problems
The flexible exhaust hose to our tumble dryer had split and therefore the dryer wasn't working properly. I telephoned One-Stop Appliance on the Tuesday and on Thursday the engineer arrived at our house in Barry and with no fuss fitted the new hose. Whilst on site he also levelled our washing machine properly. A very efficient service carried out by a polite and pleasant engineer. We will use this company again

Frost-free fridge freezer not totally frost free
Frost-free fridge freezer was not cold enough in freezer compartment. Before coming out to it One-Stop suggested a 48 hour defrost due to the possibility of ice building up behind the back panel. It worked, a fair amount of water came out and appliance is now working properly.

Helpful and efficient, this company not only fixed the problem with our cooker, they gave us good advice on how to operate the oven in a more efficient way, saving time and our electricity

Our pleasant experience with One Stop Appliance Repairs
Though working from home I have to echo others in praising the confirmation appointment text for AM/PM followed by the more exact time text with tracking which allowed me to plan my work to be available to discuss the problem with Allen. Our washing machine is probably close to 25 years old when the spin cycle failed and unfortunately just changing the carbon brushes didn't succeed in a fix and that it was the motor that would need to be replaced but it showed that Allen had the customer in mind by trying that first. The cost of the the motor and the age of the machine and so it is possible further problems could happen soon after made us then go for a new washer/dryer as a solution. Even so I would definitely recommend this company. A mention also for Vicki in the office who was always pleasant and helpful.
