Absolute con!
What a con, booked a two hour visit through Perks for works and was told I could only enter 2 hours before my flight time, which meant that you only get one hour in the lounge! After being shamed by the surly lady at reception for, "It's your fault for choosing the cheaper option" I had no option but to pay a further £10, effectively 'upgrading' to 3 hours (again can only have 2 hours). Please re-open the Club lounges and re-review the timings! Will not be using again.

Whoever is in charge of this lounge has to travel to some other airports and understand what a lounge should be! Limited choice, awful food, dirty, poor service and an utterly miserable experience. An embarrassment of a lounge and to the UK. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling: I booked the Gatwick North No1 Lounge as a surprise 60th Birthday treat for my wife and friends. The menu consisted of 4 items only! 2 of us had a tasteless stogie overcooked chilli chicken & rice that was just warm , it was horrid and inedible. We then tried the Fish Sandwich. Dried up (very fishy disgusting) bits of fish finger in a dry cheap bread roll. The vegetable lasagne that my wife and her friend had was barely any better. The selection (ha ha) of tasty sweets was Chocolate brownies only! What a waste of money. We all wished that we had gone to Weatherspoons at least the food there is edible and they have a choice! and it would have worked out a lot Cheaper. The No1 lounge was a terrible start to a very special 60th birthday holiday. Do not book!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Slow service, terrible staff attitude. AVOID. Awful place all around. Not advised that it would take 40+ mins to get food so left £125 lighter and had a coffee each. Worst lounge I've ever been there.

Absolutely awful experience I will be complaining, service and food was unbelievably terrible who serves a cold stale breakfast bap with hot scrambled eggs, service without a smile, and a lot of conflict amongst staff in front of us. Terrible Terrible

Dirty, slow and disgusting
Dirty, slow and disgusting! We used the lounge multiple times prior to covid. We’ve arrived today to find out that there are no tables available due to too many people allowed in at once. The only breakfast dish available is full english breakfast and it took over an hour for it to be cooked. No granola, fruits, poached eggs, bagels, ham, etc. At 7.50 am there is no beer as they’ve allegedly ran out. The queue to the bar is over 20 mins long. When we were finally presented with the table it was dirty. There are 2 staff members for over 50 people to present food, clean and take orders. In regards to covid I do not feel safe as tables are not spaced out and there are 100s of people all around. This is definitely the last time I am using no1 lounge.

Well my experience was pretty good
Well my experience was pretty good. Didn't actually use a lounge, but I had credit from before lockdown. i tried to use it at Manchester airport, but he lounge wasn't open, but was informed in plenty of time. On my return home I emailed for a refund, which I received in my account the next day!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY Appalling company - in my opinion they are acting in a fraudulent manner by accepting bookings and money for services they are not able to provide! I booked for 8 people into No1 lounge in Birmingham airport for 31st July - booking confirmed on 13th July and took £224 from my account. - arrived at airport to find lounge is closed - and apparently has been since about march 2020 - still closed now - No response to emails No response to telephone calls! No refund Worst customer service ever.

Do not use these Lounges
Do not use these Lounges. Been trying to contact them for over three weeks, no response. Phones not being answered, emails not being answered. Shocking service, looking for a refund, no idea when they will reopen. Disgusting customer service
