There should be a zero rating as this company still owes me 660 pound, they cancelled my booking with out any explanation. I don’t know how these are still going been trying to get my money back since last September, I’m just getting fobbed off, been to the bank they can’t do nothing as it’s out of the 14 days. Really don’t know where to turn next

I am having the same experience that many of the reviewers have. I have been waiting for over a year for a refund of nearly £1500 for a party of 5 of us. Rung over 40 times and like everyone else am being told they can only e mail the accounts department. Just phoned Leisuretime this minute only to be told only Weston and Torquay available but nothing else. Is this company going into Receivership??

Awful company
Awful company, been chasing a refund since October 2021. No reply from customer services, telephone agents helpless and hopeless. Their head office is 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, but only staffed to take mail apparently. Never part with any money as you have zero chance of recovering it or changing the booking. They have recently appeared for good reason on X-Ray, the consumer rights programme, who highlighted their poor standards.

My mother is still owed over 900 pounds refund for trip cancellation due to the covid outbreak. We have rang and emailed countless times and still no response. One of the party for the holiday passed away and still nothing. Disgusting the way we are being treated. Its making my mother ill and still no refund.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY Not deserving of 1 star but cannot leave a review otherwise.We booked in February 2020 for a trip at Easter. They cancelled the trip due to covid. Despite continued requests for a refund it still hasn’t been paid. The last correspondence we had was in October 2020 saying our request had been passed to the accounts department. Since that time they no longer reply to emails, which is the only way to contact them. When we phone they say they will pass on our request, I feel sorry for the staff taking the calls. How are they still taking bookings when they can’t pay the refund that people who have been waiting almost two years for. Amount owed £596.

Leisuretime cancels whole coach trip
They cancelled the whole coach tour one week before the trip with no explanation, we wanted to go so contacted hotel. They confirmed Leisuretime wanted a further reduction of costs which they were unable to offer so Leisuretime cancelled forcing them to close. We are still trying to get over £800 back along with everyone else with repeated calls to be told it could take two years, now alarms bells are ringing “does this company have money troubles!!!”

Disgusting Customer Servive
Booked and paid £756 for a trip for 4 people in Nov 2021. 7 days before, They cancelled with no explanation. Many calls and emails later. NOTHING! We are now contacting the Ombudsman and taking this further. They are a DIABOLICAL COMPANY and don't deserve anybodies money.

Unprofessional and unresponsive
I didn't even want to give them one star as they don't deserve that, but unfortunately unable to write review otherwise. Been waiting for refund since last year and if you do get through to their unprofessional staff they give the same well rehearsed speak that they are waiting for their refund from ABTA. They tell us that they refunded our money to Tailor-made Travel who went I to administration, but they are not prepared to provide evidence of this. Last phone call the person would not give her name an put the phone down. Been a loyal to customer of Leisuretime but will never use or recommend them to anyone. Have no choice but to seek legal action and get X-Ray involved.
