Replacement radiator
Ben replaced a radiator in my bathroom. He was very fast and efficient and always friendly. I have used this company multiple times and they are now my default heating company as their communications are fantastic, they are always professional and there's never any hard sell.

Highly recommend! There’s some problem with the boiler switch in the place I rent. Property agency arrange Hydro Heat for me. Ben done a brilliant job - he always arrives on time, find out the problem professionally and make plans rationally. He finished his job very efficiently. Also he put on mask and shoes cover whenever he went into our house. Thanks Ben for keep us safe. Furthermore, Ben tried to keep our place clean as much as possible so we didn’t need much clean up after his work. Very much appreciated it. 100% satisfied with the service!

New boiler and radiator replacement
New boiler and radiator replacement. Great service from start to finish. Good communication and explanation of what the job entailed. Informed of arrival time each day via text which I found really helpful. Registered the boiler and demonstrated how to set thermostat. All areas were left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. Fantastic company
Couldn’t fault the experience with Hydroheat! Initially, I just wanted a thermostat put in but my boiler was that old I couldn’t have this. In the end I decided to have a brand new one. Ben advised of the best boiler with 10 year warranty and didn’t charge me for a wasted journey as he couldn’t fit the thermostat initially. Ben was friendly and explained everything really well. My new boiler and thermostat is fitted and working perfect :) Ben also activated the warranty for me so I didn’t have to do anything which was great. Great service and great company would definitely recommend and use again!
