Wow where to start very rude staff member KATE wasted all my weekend with a job they couldnt sort out think best advise is for people to avoid this website.

Non professional management
Should be careful , some grafters are unreliable, they can non show up then block you. Or they can ask to wait him 2 days then non show up and to tell some lie. The company represent Kate can’t deal with customers at all. Non professional.

YOU CAN'T COUNT ON THEIR SERVICE
It seems like a good idea on paper. I had a reasonably unskilled day's work for someone. I didn't need a building firm and their associated costs. This is where grafternow.com comes into it - they put you in touch with someone wanting that day's work. It seemed a simple process and you'd think that their available work force will have been vetted. Having never used this service before I was a little cynical, but went ahead with purchasing the materials (£160). Now l only needed their guy to turn up. With a one star review (l couldn't award zero) it won't come as a surprise to hear that nobody came.
