Toilet repair
It took several goes to sort the problem out but we are more than satisfied with the outcome. Hopefully many more years of use of that toilet before we need to replace it some day.

No hot water from boiler
No hot water from boiler. It could have been a number of things. The engineer worked quickly and methodically and found the problem after a couple of false starts. It was soon fixed despite him initially being given the the wrong part from the supplier! Very professional. Great service.

Boiler service
At last, a company with a human voice on the other end of the phone. From my first contact over the phone with the office to the visit by their engineer I am very impressed with Glow Plus Home. I received a text to say he was on his way and he arrived on time. Very professional, explained what he was going to do and got on with the job. On completion he told me what he had done and all was well. After all the cowboys I have had to service my boiler with another company I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
