Do not waste your money buy from these…
Do not waste your money buying from these people. I purchased a scooter last December as a present only used once and couldn’t charge. Bought it using payment plan Klarna. We tried to contact them but to no avail. I asked for a return address no one replied. They blocked me on Facebook. I refused to pay Klarna now I have debit collectors (DRS )on my back and a faulty item. I think it’s not fair. Did anyone went through this how did you come out of it? I’m stressed about it.

I brought 2 aovo pro scooters from this company for Christmas they only got used for 3 weeks and both of them now broke this company is a scam and is disgraceful no one replied ever to me and when I put bad reviews on Facebook they delete me and blocked me. No one buy from these ever. I am left with 2 broke scooter 2 unhappy girls and £597 out of pocket.

Like the 1 star review before mine had scooter for less than a month and mudguard has also broken off leaving wires exposed. Emailed 4th April no response.
Their communication is diabolical. Prior to this latest issue I'd contacted them asking for a delivery update as they advertise delivery within 10 days. I ordered on 2nd March it didn't arrive until 3 weeks later and I wouldn't of minded so long as l was kept informed.
I managed to get a reply via Facebook but when I tried finding them on Facebook today they seem to have mysteriously vanished.
Checking out the warranty claim policy now and won't hold my breath as they hold you to ransom over paying shipping costs upfront and will probably decline the claim.
Will probably contact Credit card company to submit a charge back if they continue to ignore me.
Wish I'd read reviews if I had I would not have given this company my custom.

It’s not worth the money. I had a aovo pro and it lasted only 5 months considering how well I was looking after it. I loved the scooter the battery was amazing, very quick no problems with battery or charging. The mud guard always snapped. Unless you reinforce it it happens to everyone’s but my scooter had completely snapped clean even though it’s supposed to be air craft aluminium. Very dangerous could have very badly injured my head/face but luckily was going very slow when it happened. Do not buy this scooter if you plan to use it everyday it will not last long!
Company is very slow at getting back to me I have a feeling my problem will not get resolved and therefor make sure no one uses e pro glide because it’s not fair charging customers a lot of money for faulty scooters that customers could potentially really badly hurt them selves on

Hi I bought a aovo pro scooter from e pro glide placed the order on 24th Feb 2021 received it on 09/03/2021. I have given 4 stars because of lack of response and communication at the beginning of order. But so far happy with delivery time and scooter is looking nice can't wait to ride it I've put it on charge and it seems to be charging fine. So I seen all these negative reviews on trust pilot and got really worried but so far it all seems ok with my scooter if any thing goes wrong I'll update you. And once it's charged I'll take the scooter for wizz and also Will update you
Okay up date it's working fine it's fun.
But it does look like it's been repackaged not used but looks like some electrical repairs.
But as long as it works I'm happy 😃.

Terrible!
Terrible!! I feel so stupid for not looking into this company before we purchased, especially knowing now who owns it because he has such a bad reputation in northern Ireland. If you want to face problems with customer service and delivery then order from them. Otherwise, avoid. Ridiculous!
