Untrustworthy, never use Cyprus paradise if you would like a refund if your holiday is cancelled. They will use every excuse imaginable to prevent you from getting one. Book at your own peril as you will have 0% chance of any honesty, integrity or peace of mind. They behave like fraudsters or actually are

Give them constant hassle…
Totaly agree with everything said abot this company after 2 credit notes I finaly recieved a refund after waiting 7 months, The flight was cancelled in Merch but refund did not start until May total 9 months. If you hold out and ring and email them costantly I saves £160 by doing this. They seem to have an high turnover of staff which causes long delays. Do not fall for we are waiting from refund from hotel and airline you can check with both. Do not bother with ATOL or ABTA they are a waist of time I gave up trying to contact ABTA all you get are robots. Citizens advice were very good. To avoid all this hassle find another holiday company

I've been waiting over a month now for the refund on my holiday I had booked. They had the audacity to deduct a 10% admin charge to process a refund I'm still waiting for and I've done more administration by chasing them constantly for an update only to be told "we're very sorry for the delay" Jokers!!! I'm still waiting.

This company do not even deserve a one star... NO STARS..! Day light robbery this company. As if they do not have enough money they rob their customers who all we want is a week of relaxation. My holiday was a disaster due to covid ruling... dumb arses. But point being I booked a 7 stay at a 5 star hotel and lost three days. Was told I will receive a refund for the 3 days. I only got £250..! For 3 nights in a 5 star hotel for 3 people..! Are you out of your minds. Even Travelodge in London is more money than that..! Disguisting... They should be shut down..!!! Never ever again.

Waiting for refund they want to deduct…
Waiting for refund they want to deduct 10percent for admin charges and extend my RCN which when I spoke to ABTA they cannot do unless you accept it disgusting service do not book with these crooks they have till the 30/09/2021 then will contact credit card company to refund money and they will need to repay them and ABTA can investigate and hopefully stop them trading

Absolute disgrace of a company , shocking customer service
Absolute disgrace of a company . They are just stealing money off elderly clients . We have made trading standards aware of their cons and hope that they will take the matter further so that this company are. no longer able to operate like this .

Still waiting for a refund
Still waiting for a refund! When I try to phone to find out what's going on they palm me off, tried emailing also Still no reply. First time booking with this company never again. They cancelled our holiday 7wks ago due to covid. Still waiting for refund. Really bad 👎

Don't go near - they will steal your money
Booked a holiday in June 2019 for my husband's 60th birthday (due to take place in April 2020). Holiday was cancelled due to first lockdown and no travel. I transferred the holiday to the following year, adding extra nights and better flights but we were in the same situation again come April 2021 and the holiday was cancelled. I was asked if I wanted to re-book, but opted for a Refund Credit Voucher instead. I have been chasing the refund since April 21 and CP kept advising that they were waiting for Turkish Airlines to refund the money. Now 6 months later they have emailed to say that they are ready to refund but not what I paid in full and have advised that they are taking 10% as a handling agent fee from our ground handlers in North Cyprus (transfers, accommodation and local taxes) which will be due is normally subject to 15% administrative charge, we have kept this to a minimal admin charge of 10%, however this can be avoided if we can transfer the booking to a future date. I DON'T WANT TO BOOK FOR A FUTURE DATE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND ALL OF IT. I have travelled with this company for years BUT never ever again. They tell lies, make the rules up as they go along. They are no longer a reputable company in my eyes. They don't care about your financial circumstances. DON'T BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM!!!

The hole affair with cyprus paradise is a night mare . Please don’t even think about booking a holiday with this company. All nice when taking your money, but when the holiday gets cancelled two times over two years .all they say is book another for later in the year with a credit note.all we want is the money back not credit notes. Not asking much. Do u think 🤔

I'm afraid I'm just another customer…
I'm afraid I'm just another customer who has had to wait a long time for a refund which will be subject to deductions imposed by their "suppliers". So despite them saying in their terms and conditions that our contract is with them, we have been affected by their contracts with their suppliers. It must be a terrible time for the travel industry but future success will be determined by how companies deal with their customers now.
