Top class service
Top class service. Second time round using Craftmen Shutters on our recent property purchase. The quality, price and shutters themselves hands down beats the competiton and the larger chains. After recently having walls and frames plastered, mine were not, lets say 100% plumb. However Tobi had all the tools of the trade to truly give a custom fit to each and every window of mine. Did i forget to mention, Tobi and Sam where the cleanest fitters ever, all packaging and woodshavings removed and cleaned. You'd never know there were there. Thanks again!

Great service by this company.
Great service by this company. I was introduced by a neighbour who had had their shutters installed. There was some delay in delivery (due to the supplier and ports) but I was kept updated and as soon as they arrived, a date was given for installation. It was a big job as I have fairly large windows. They were professional and throughout and the little gifts are a nice personal touch. My shutters look lovely, prices are competitive, I would definitely recommend.
