Clickstay have a human side.
Had a customer wishing to cancel a booking as he had been diagnosed with a condition which required ongoing therapy. I contacted Clickstay and explained the situation and they immediately cancelled the booking without and charges. Well done Clickstay for being human. Much appreciated by me and my customer. Booked our Orlando villa through clickstay. Payments were easily made. Villa was exactly as described if not better. Communication on how to get to villa was very clear. Would not hesitate to book through them again.

We used click stay for our stay in florida after being let down by previous bookings. They were excellent. We have had an amazing time for our 12 night stay in Kissimmee. We would highly recommend clickstay and the villa we stayed in. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent service
We have used Clickstay previously and have had excellent service. Today they have fully refunded our payment which has been cancelled due to Covid. We are very grateful that we did not need to jump through any hoops. We will defiantly book with clickstay next time.

Absolutely great communication from click stay and the lovely couple that owned the villa I would definitely book through click stay again and I am definitely going back to villa sophia in 2023 .
