still no joy from this rip off filthy company nearly 2 years they have had my money , and I still have not received my goods the manager is a joke he must take money on false pretences from vulnerable disabled people like myself to clothe his wife and daughter as it certainly isn't his customers. avoid at all costs. he doesn't even answer emails, says he doesn't receive them lol. impossible to speak to him or anyone else on the phone. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO BE RIPPED OFF AND LOSE MONEY.

I have never had anything but good service from this company. I thought I should provide a good review after being shocked to see all the bad reviews on here. Looks like they might have gone into administration now though, which is a shame. Not sure where I'm going to get my MT size clothes now...

Thieving lying lowdown scumbags take money but do not send goods I have been waiting 10 month for 3 pair of jeans. When you try and phone them they very rarely answer and fob you of when they do and emails go unanswered. Do not use this unsavoury company unless you want to be ripped off. Big tall order have put for me to send them an email to resolve the issue and the manager Nick phoned me he cannot give me a refund as they have changed banks ??? but will get in touch with the suppliers on Monday then get back to me asap.

I ordered a new suit in November 2016 …
I ordered a new suit in November 2016 (and the payment was taken almost immediately from my Credit Card). When the suit had not arrived by Xmas I called BTO and they stated they were waiting for delivery from the supplier. Same story again in Jan 2017 and Feb 2017. It was practically impossible to reach BTO on the phone, and when I eventually spoke to Nick agreed to change the colour in an attempt to finally get the suit delivered. Getting suspicious now I then contacted the suit retailer who emphatically stated that they no longer deal with BTO. Since then I have made repeated requests for the order to be refunded with no luck. Such a shame as over the past 8 years I have purchased a number of goods from this site.

Very poor service &~ will not refund returned goods
Took weeks to deliver order after chasing 3 times. Returned part of order as incorrect sizes and still chasing refund 12 MONTH later. They do not respond to emails and rarely answer the phone. When they do you are fobbed off. Disappointing!!!

We'll take your money but not send goods
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans on 6/12/16 rang up on 13th to ask about order as needed them for the 15th advised by Nick that there was a problem with the suppliers and to phone the following day. Did phone and was told that problem hadn't been resolved but he could send me a pair of unfinished trousers out that day. As they where needed desperately I agreed. Waited in the next day nothing was delivered. Again rang back got no reply. Really needed to have some trousers for that evening (finding suitable trousers for someone 6'8" is not easy) but ended up having to change our plans as no trousers delivered. Managed to get through to Nick on the Saturday morning who assured me that they where sent out, good enough he phoned me back to tell me that the courier didn't have enough time on the Thursday or Friday to deliver them!!! Needless to say I am still waiting for the rest of my order and cannot get through on the phone. After ordering from this company a few times with no trouble I am very disappointed and will not be using them again.

Avoid! Do not order on this website as you may not see you goods or your money.
Like other reviewers we are awaiting a refund for an item not sent in July 2015! Despite many phone calls and emails, when I have spoken to Nick Cooper he has been apologetic and promised action but nothing happens. When ringing their number now, it simply rings out and then says the mobile number is not available.

Hopeless. Avoid like the plague.
Hopeless. Placed order for £366 worth of clothes in October 2016, still not arrived (18th Feb 2017) after several phone calls left many messages for them to call me back - never done so. Got to speak to a human twice - once the owner Nick, but he failed to live up to his promises. They have not returned the money to my credit card, which was taken with the order! Very irritating.

Avoid.
A company that appears to either be failing or is taking people's money with no intention of fulfilling the order. They refuse to answer the phone. My order is over 2 months late.
