Hi. I reached out to Arlow plumbing and Heating for a short notice landlord gas safe check after tenants messed up previously booked engineers who couldn’t return. So happy with the way they handled tenant’s and carried out gas check. We will be keeping them on our accounts to handle this property in future and will look to involve them at other addresses as and when matters arise. So good so far. A+++

Tom Arlow was very knowledgeable & professional in his dealings with us. He provided a detailed quotation of the work to be done ie replace oil boiler & hot water tank. He also was able to pin point the cause of our low water pressure ( which 2 other companies could not identify). The workmen arrived on time each day, knew what they were doing & worked very hard & continously. They cleaned up after themselves. A few days after the job was competed, Tom Arlow came to commission the work & went through the workings of the new systems with us. They did an excellent job & highly recommend their services.

Urgent boiler needed - Arlow delivered the goods!
We needed an urgent boiler and thermostat replacement. Arlow P & H delivered and fitted the goods within a week. Fast, efficient, courteous and professional. Couldn't fault the service we received. My only niggle, and I suspect Arlow P & H are also fuming, is the intransigence and inflexibility of Hive. I have nothing but praise for this company and I would recommend them to anyone. Price was slightly higher than I had been expecting but on reflection we were supplied with an excellent boiler that, providing it's serviced regularly, will last for the next ten years plus. From my dealings with Arlow P & H, a good reputable local company that pride themselves on giving good professional service.
